Daniel has been the managing director of Maximo for three years. He has 25 years’ experience of delivering great results for customers. After realising there was a real need for a better customer experience within the balustrade and exterior products industry, he became dedicated to offering customers improved communication and a higher level of professional delivery. Daniel drives our company’s vision to be the leader in our industry. 

As a qualified builder, John brings significant operational and organisational skills to MAXIMO.  With a can-do attitude, he coordinates all our departments to ensure a superior quality product, timely installation and high customer satisfaction.

Leroy is the driver of our sales business. He is very client and company-focused and will ensure that you are looked after.

Nicole manages our company accounts and invoicing. She is always happy to assist our clients.

Nafis is a very experienced and qualified fabricator and factory manager. His workmanship is outstanding and with him on board you can be assured that your will receive the best quality product.

Louissa has a big smile and will direct you to the appropriate member of our team. She likes to help and will ensure that things go smoothly.

Raj manages our estimator team who price and mark-up our residential work. He will ensure that your requests are priced correctly and efficiently.

Marson is a qualified carpenter and has many years of experience of installation both locally and overseas. He leads a team of hard workers who are proud of the great quality they deliver.

Another engineer with strong fabrication skills. He delivers designs through his understanding of how our fabrication and manufacture works.

Ross has extensive experience in façade design combined with over 40 years of drafting experience. His pleasant demeanor and knowledge of engineering help him to design great solutions to your requirements.

Ragavan is mechanical engineer and comes with previous experience in the glass manufacturing industry, he is enthusiastic and strives to deliver top notch designs.
